Guidelines & Requirements
Note: Maximum Limit For Each File - 500 KB In PDF

As per trade notice no 35/2021-2022 dated 24th February 2022 of DGFT it is mandatory for exporters and EPC’s to file and issue RCMC through DGFT common platform from 1st April 2022. Detailed notice can be viewed on link trade notice no 35/2021-2022 dated 24th February 2022 of DGFT

Following list of documents are required to process online for e-RCMC New / Renewal from DGFT portal only :

1) ANF 1 Profile updated online on DGFT portal with turnover details for last 3 Financial years.
2) IEC certificate self attested.
3) If renewal then old RCMC certificate all pages duly self attested.
4) Turnover Details of last 3 financial years and current if any to be given In Rs. and US $ in detail for Direct Export, Deemed Export, Supplied to SEZ unit as well as Domestic turnover to be issued by CA.
5) Product list with HSN codes on letter head with sign and stamp.
6) MSME certificate with category and Annexure duly self attested.
7) Fresh or renewal RCMC fees at actual to be paid online by you.
8) DGFT login id and password.
9) Digital signature used for DGFT will access remotely via anydesk or ultra viewer if required.

System Requirement For Remote Access

1) Administrator rights to be assigned in operation system Windows 10 and above.
2) Internet Explorer 11 or above - 32 bit (this is for ICEGATE login process) or Microsoft Edge.

4) Remote access Anydesk or Ultra Viewer software installed Remote Desktop Software for Windows -

6) Digital Signature - Please note few information if you wish to apply for Class 3 DGFT IEC based digital signature.
