Also mention which is your main primary bank used for import export business. 2) GST certificate self attested of registered offices and all branches if any. 3) IEC certificate copy self attested for modification purpose. 4) Company pan card self attested (If proprietor then proprietor pan card). 5) PAN and Aadhar copies of proprietor / all partners / all directors / all trustees - self attested. 6) Certificate of incorporation or notarised partnership deed or trust deed as applicable self attested. 7) Purpose of IEC - Import / Export / others. - specify the product category as SION. 8) NOC from all Partners / Directors / Trustees in favour of authorised person or partner or director appointed to sign all the company documents. Format is given below. 9) For modification or update IEC - Part C and D as well as modification with declaration given below. 10) Address proof : (i.) Sale Deed, Rent agreement, lease deed, electricity bill, telephone land line bill, mobile, postpaid bill, MoU (ii.) Other acceptable documents (for proprietorship only) : Aadhar card, passport, voter id (iii.) In case the address proof is not in the name of the applicant firm, a no objection certificate (NOC) by the firm or the owner of the premises is required.
