3) Authority letter format link given below for proprietorship and for Partnership firm or LLP or Corporate company to be given in pdf for both type of Login (Parent or Child) in favour of digital signature holder as per icegate provided.
4) Self attested Company pan card with company stamp in pdf for both type of Login (Parent or Child).
5) Digital signature holder's pan card self attested with company stamp in pdf for both type of Login (Parent or Child).
6) Dear IEC parent user, While initiating your ICEGATE registration request please use your registered email id and mobile number available in DGFT / GSTN for both type of Login (Parent or Child).

8) If CHA login then F card or G card copy of digital signature holder duly self attested with company stamp for both type of Login (Parent or Child). Parent login F card holder must and Child login can be F card or G card holder.

10) Digi locker account of the applicant is compulsory on new icegate portal 2.0 for both type of Login (Parent or Child). The link to open Digilocker account is https://www.digilocker.gov.in/ and get mobile linked with Digilocker as well as Aadhaar document Digi verified.

11) Time period taken by online CBIC authority and message on icegate site is - Dear user, It will take upto 3-4 working days for new Id activation i.e. Parent Login. You will be notified on your registered E-mail Id. And for Child Login activation will be done immediately under Parent Login and login credentials will be send on registered email id.
